- Key Responsibilities:

- Add motion graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, effects, and sound design
- Perform basic color correction and grading

Job Description:
Gracia Marcom is hiring a Sponsorship Executive / Sponsorship Manager to drive sponsorship acquisition for the FIA Event. The selected candidate will be on Gracia Marcom’s payroll but will work exclusively for the FIA Event, focusing entirely on sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, and sponsor relationship management.
This is a target-oriented role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and closure skills, along with readiness to travel for in-person sponsor meetings.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate sponsors and brand partners
- Research and generate leads across relevant industries
- Pitch sponsorship opportunities through presentations and meetings
- Customize sponsorship packages based on brand objectives
- Conduct negotiations and close deals
- Travel to Mumbai, Delhi, and other cities when required
- Coordinate internal deliverables for sponsor visibility
- Maintain sponsor database, pipeline reports, and revenue tracking
- Ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled during the event
- Build long-term sponsor relationships
- Skills & Experience Required:
- 1-5 years in sponsorship sales / business development / event sales
